Annual Association Fee

The Villages of Lakeside collects an annual fee of $450.00 per residence which is due (paid in full) by March 1st of each calendar year.

Invoices are mailed to all homeowners in early January.

A late fee of $35.00 will be assessed on the 1st of each month that an unpaid balance exists, beginning with March 1st. After 3 months of unpaid fees, the Board of Trustees will refer unpaid accounts to legal counsel to proceed with formal collections which can result in a lien being placed on the property and possibly foreclosure. All legal fees incurred by the association will be added to the amount due on the residence’s account.

The Board of Trustees understands that an unforeseen financial crisis can impact a homeowner’s ability to pay their fees on time. We are willing to work out a payment plan that is fair to the association and other homeowners that do pay on time. A diligent effort to keep on a payment plan will not eliminate all late fees but it can prevent further legal action and costs. Homeowners seeking this relief need to contact the Board of Trustees IMMEDIATELY.

Please note that a nominal charge of $15.00 will be added to your fees to cover the PayPal processing fee using this payment option.
